Akhuwat does not currently offer an option to apply for a Qard‑e‑Hasan (interest‑free) loan fully online. To initiate the application process, you’ll need to visit an Akhuwat branch in person.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide to Apply

  • Check Your Eligibility

You must:

Be a Pakistani citizen aged 18–62 with a valid CNIC.

Be economically active and have a viable business plan or reason for the loan.

Provide two guarantors (for individual loans) or form a group of 3–6 members (for group loans), who are not close relatives.

Live within about 2–2.5 km of an Akhuwat branch.

Have a clear social profile (no criminal record, good community standing).

  • Gather Required Documents

Bring to the branch:

Your CNIC (and CNICs of guarantors/group members).

Recent utility bill for address verification.

Recent photograph.

Copy of Nikahnama (if applicable). Additional documents may be requested depending on the loan type.

  • Visit Your Nearest Branch

Submit your application form and required documents.

Unit Manager conducts a social appraisal (home/community visit) and business appraisal.

Branch manager reviews your case, followed by approval from the Loan Approval Committee.

  • Fund Disbursement

Once approved (typically within 3–4 weeks), disbursement happens at a mosque or community center.

Loans are disbursed via cash-over-counter or bank transfer. You’ll also receive social guidance on finance and ethical principles.
